Is there an ATM at the SLAUGHTER QUE?
Yes. There are two ATMs within the masquerade .
What are your box office hours?
The masquerade box office is open 11-7 mon-fri. The box office typically opens one hour prior to door time.
Tickets are also available via Ticketmaster outlets. We are not responsible, cannot authenticate, cannot trace, and cannot replace lost or stolen tickets that were obtained outside of these points of purchase.
If I leave the building during SLAUGHTER QUE, can I return?
No. Once inside the building there is no exit and re-entry.
Where should I park at the Masquerade ?
There is limited parking inside the music park and on the side streets.
Does my child need a ticket to come with me to the show?
Yes. All patrons of any age require a ticket for admission to the SLAUGHTER QUE.
Can I bring a camera to the show?
Cell phone cameras are permitted. , though some bands permit cell phone cameras, provided that they are used without a flash. Photography equipment (with detachable or zoom lenses) is not permitted without an appropriate media or photo pass.
How do I get a photo pass or schedule an interview with the band?
Requests for media credentials should be handled through contact us. SLAUGHTER QUE is not responsible for scheduling interviews or as we do not represent the bands.
How can I get the band to announce a special occasion for me from the stage?
Please do not contact SLAUGHTER QUE with this type of request. It will never happen and you will be disappointed.
Can I bring food or drinks from home to the show?
No. We are unable to permit outside food or drink to be brought into SLAUGHTER QUE, including bottled water. , we have several full-service bars. and tons of BBQ.
Can I smoke inside the Masquerade or at SLAUGHTER QUE ?
This is a smoke and vapor free facility. There is a smoking aloud on the out door park grounds.
Is the MASQUERADE/ SLAUGHTER QUE handicap/ADA accessible?
Guests with special needs can call ahead at 678-758-1188 to make us aware that assistance will be needed. On the show day, please make our door or security staff aware of your needs and we will assist you in any way we can. For reserved seated shows, Our bathrooms and first floor are all ADA accessible so please make us aware of your needs when purchasing tickets and upon your arrival to the venue.
